At Mat & Moov, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all orders. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

  • Pre-orders will be processed and shipped according to the estimated production/shipping date listed on the product page. For our current towel release, estimated shipping begins April 1, 2026.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location. Standard shipping generally takes 3–8 business days after shipment.

  • Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Mat & Moov is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Pre-Order & Delayed Shipping Disclaimer

  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item will ship on or after the estimated date.

  • Shipping timelines for pre-orders are estimates only and are subject to change due to production or carrier delays.

  • Pre-order purchases are final sale, and refunds or cancellations will not be granted due to shipping delays.
